In 1999, I started developing an automated robot-system for a large telecom provider, using the ‘SQA Robot’ program. In subsequent years, I have worked in various areas within the IT industry and the last few years I specialized in the testing of existing software, automating the testing of such software and the automation of business software.
After completing a number of individual projects, I developed my own robot-software. It then became clear to me that this type of automation offers unprecedented opportunities for virtually any company. In order to make the use of robotic automation more accessible to both small and larger companies, I started the company Fully Automatic early 2016.

The automation of business processes by using robot-software, also called Robotic Process Automation (RPA), is a special niche within the Information Technology (IT) sector and is currently booming. Traditional solutions are mainly oriented to improve and replace existing, often outdated business software, but robotic-software aims work together with, and in an addition to the existing business software. Therefore, no expensive new business software needs to be bought and implemented which normally has an operational impact on the business.
Robot-software can be used to intercept and interpret actions within existing applications. A computer (‘robot’) can then execute the robot-software to the existing business software in the same way a human user would. The robot simply executes the actions based on the rules the robot-software tells it to do and completes the process in a similar way to a human user.
Not every business process can be automated by using robot-software, only repetitive and determinable acts are suited. This means, in short, that every process that consists of exact rules (clean data and logical rules) can be automated by using robot-software.
